This is whats known as a managed service: we take full responsibility for running optimising and supporting it throughout the contracts life. Think of us as the digital guardians of productivity powered by data driven by process and obsessed with making things better.
We help our customers stay productive by preventing IT issues before they happen and jumping in fast when they do. Our global reach means weve got the right people in the right place at the right time ready to scale and evolve with our customers needs.
What youll do
As part of our Remote Service Operations (RSO) team youll be at the heart of keeping global IT systems secure stable and running like clockwork. Youll work across key areas that make a real impact on how our customers experience technology whether thats preventing issues before they happen or making sure updates roll out smoothly.
