Job Summary

The Solution Administrator is responsible for the operational planning implementation and Tier 2 support of the organizations enterprise application stack. This includes ensuring stability performance and continuous improvement of critical business systems across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves administering application platforms coordinating upgrades patches feature releases and delivering Tier 2 support to maintain seamless and efficient business operations.


  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design and implement short- and long-term strategies for enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation procedures and training materials for application administration and end-user support.
  • Manage application service assets including inventory lifecycle planning and configuration documentation.
  • Monitor application performance and availability; coordinate upgrades patches and hotfixes as needed.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications resolving escalated issues and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and change enablement practices.
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance and support activities as required.
  • Support and maintain enterprise solutions including:
    • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
    • WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
    • MFC (Material Flow Control) systems
Requirements

Required:

  • 35 years of experience with tier 2 application support/administration or related IT role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Real world experience administering:
    • Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) Solutions
    • Warehouse Management System (WMS) Solutions
    • Material Flow Control (MFC) Solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured process-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred

  • Associate (AAS) or Bachelors (BAS) degree in Information Technology Business Technology or a related field
  • Basic ITIL or Agile certification
