Job Summary
LCRA is looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join a unique environmental laboratory team! This exciting opportunity is suited for those who enjoy performing courier services preparing and shipping orders for clients preparing water samples for analysis by completing sample condition checks sample receipt/login basic test measurements sample preservation/spiking and inventory monitoring. You will work directly with the Client Services team daily communicate any sample/production issues to senior staff and the supervisor and at times cross-train and provide support in other areas of the laboratory. This role is an integral part of the laboratory operations and LCRAs mission To enhance the quality of life of the Texans we serve through water stewardship energy and community service.
