JOB DESCRIPTION
GM Construction-Civil with experience in luxury high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of structural engineering project management and construction practices specific to high-end multi-story buildings. The role involves coordinating with the senior project team contractors and other engineers to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate and develop project plans blueprints and specifications of the project.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings ensuring compliance with safety regulations local building codes and industry standards.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure the project meets specifications quality standards and timelines. Resolve any issues related to structural integrity and construction processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain detailed records of site inspections.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Work closely with project managers architects contractors and other engineers to facilitate communication and resolve any project-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily logs progress reports and inspection records.
- Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials into the project design to meet green building standards and certifications.
Skills and Qualification
- 15-20 years of experience required in the real estate industry.
- Candidate must be in Civil Engineering.
- Proven expertise in structural analysis and design of multi-story buildings.
- Familiarity with luxury real estate projects and high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
