Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Flowhub you will play a key role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers in the cannabis industry. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting software issues resolving user queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additionally you will collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat
  • Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as needed
  • Assist customers with product training and guidance
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve complex technical problems
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of software applications and systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
  • Experience with point-of-sale software is advantageous

Salary & Benefits:
