As a Technical Support Specialist at Flowhub you will play a key role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers in the cannabis industry. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting software issues resolving user queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additionally you will collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as needed
- Assist customers with product training and guidance
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues
- Work closely with the development team to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date on product features and updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of software applications and systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
- Experience with point-of-sale software is advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
