Legionella Risk Assessor

Summary:

We are currently looking to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor/ Environmental Services Consultant to manage an existing account base within the Southwest of the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments to comply with ACoP L8 HSG 274 and further relevant documents across a range of commercial and industrial properties
• Produce all reports accurately and to a high standard with clear recommendations for corrective actions and control measures.
• Understand technical guidance and documentation
• Production of schematics
• You will need to be flexible in terms of travel with potential stayaways across the UK
• Be capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work to stringent turnaround times of reports

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years experience in Water Hygiene and a minimum of 1 year role specific experience.
• Candidates must have a relevant Legionella risk assessment qualification City & Guilds or equivalent.
• The ability to work independently whilst also being a team player.
• The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Strong IT skills including Outlook Excel and Word.
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence

• The salary is between 28000 & 36000 per year depending on your professional experience.
