The Opportunity & Contract Profile
Join the successful operational team for an Outstandingsecondary school in East London. This is a vital practical role supporting the daily maintenance and security of the inner-city premises within a clear structured framework.
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holding duties locking/unlocking premises and monitoring access points across the site.
- Maintenance: Undertaking minor repairs (basic electrics plumbing decoration) and ensuring all maintenance and compliance logs are accurately recorded.
- Support: Assisting the Site Manager with contractor access and general grounds upkeep.
