Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP projects (e.g. SAP transformations and migrations) for our customers in France and BeNeLux
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with business departments across our CEU regions IT teams and external partners
- Monitor project progress manage risks and report to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies
Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in managing projects in the IT field related to SAP transformations and data migration.
- Experience in migrations to S/4HANA would be a plus
- Experience in Customer Success Management in large scale IT projects
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module preferred
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset
- Excellent language skills in French and English
- Willingness to travel when needed
