Responsable technique et maintenance
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche dun Responsable technique et maintenance hautement compétent et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris. Dans ce rôle vous serez responsable de construire et de favoriser un environnement qui favorise le travail déquipe la coopération lexcellence du service la performance et le succès personnel. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion dune équipe de techniciens et de fournir un soutien et une assistance selon les besoins.
Responsabilités clés :
Construire et encourager un environnement de soutien qui favorise le travail déquipe la coopération lexcellence du service et le succès personnel.
Gérer une équipe de techniciens en veillant à des opérations efficaces et une productivité élevée.
Fournir un soutien et une assistance technique aux membres de léquipe selon les besoins.
Veiller à ce que toutes les activités de maintenance soient effectuées conformément aux exigences de lentreprise et du client avec notamment une compréhension approfondie de la santé et de la sécurité des évaluations des risques des déclarations de méthode et des permis de travail.
Fournir des conseils techniques à léquipe si nécessaire.
Être adaptable et flexible pour soutenir le client en cas de besoin.
Responsabilités opérationnelles :
Planifier et réaliser les activités de maintenance pour le portefeuille du client.
Planifier et réaliser les activités de réparation de dentretien.
Examiner les rapports techniques et veiller à ce que les mesures correctives soient conformes à la réglementation locale et aux exigences du client.
Assurer la liaison avec les sous-traitants et les parties concernées pour coordonner les activités de maintenance et répondre aux demandes du client.
Veiller au respect des modalités et conditions contractuelles.
Maintenir les pratiques de travail relatives aux risques et à la sécurité pour minimiser les interruptions de service pour les opérations du client.
Coordonner gérer et superviser la performance des fournisseurs de services pour les services liés au lieu de travail.
Garantir un approvisionnement adéquat en matériaux et services pour le bon fonctionnement des bâtiments en suivant les protocoles et procédures dapprovisionnement.
Collaborer avec léquipe élargie pour identifier les opportunités damélioration de la prestation technique de services et améliorer lexpérience de service en milieu de travail.
Rechercher en permanence lamélioration en mettant en œuvre des améliorations de service en réduisant la consommation dénergie en augmentant la productivité et en fournissant des gains defficacité.
Expérience et compétences techniques souhaitées :
Habilitation électrique (la formation de mise à jour peut être assurée).
Un diplôme dingénieur.
Solides qualifications dans les disciplines électriques/mécaniques.
Expérience antérieure dans une installation dingénierie critique.
Excellentes compétences en informatique y compris la maîtrise des systèmes tels que BMS et dautres systèmes informatisés de contrôle/surveillance.
Lieu : Paris. Il sagit principalement dun poste basé sur site 5 jours par semaine avec une certaine flexibilité pour travailler à domicile. Les candidats doivent également être disponibles pour travailler en dehors des heures de travail normales lorsque cela est nécessaire pour aider léquipe.

Facilities Technical Manager
We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Facility Technical Manager to join our team in this role you will be accountable for building and fostering an environment that supports teamwork cooperation service excellence performance and personal success. You will also be responsible for managing a team of technicians and providing support and assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and encourage a supportive environment that promotes teamwork cooperation service excellence and personal success.
Line manage a team of technicians ensuring efficient operations and high productivity.
Provide support and assistance to team members when needed.
Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company and client requirements including a strong understanding of health and safety risk assessments method statements and work permits.
Provide technical advice to the team as needed.
Be adaptable and flexible to assist the client when required.
Operational Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver maintenance activities for the clients portfolio.
Plan and deliver repair activities for the clients portfolio.
Review technical reports and ensure that remedial actions are aligned with local regulations and client requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors and other relevant parties to coordinate maintenance activities and address client requests.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Uphold risk and safety work practices to minimize service interruptions to the clients operations.
Coordinate manage and oversee vendor performance for workplace-related services.
Ensure an adequate supply of materials and services for the proper operation of the buildings following sourcing protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for improving technical service delivery and enhancing the workplace service experience.
Strive for continuous improvement by implementing service enhancements reducing utility usage increasing productivity and delivering efficiencies.
Desired Experience and Technical Skills:
HV/LV authorized person AP15 (Refresher training can be provided).
Engineering diploma.
Strong qualifications in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
Previous experience working within a Critical Engineering Facility.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in using systems such as BMS and other computerized control/monitoring systems.
Location: Paris This is primarily a site-based role 5 days a week with some flexibility to work from home. Candidates must also be available to attend out-of-hours work when required to assist the team.
