Responsibilities:

Lead or contribute to architectural design for projects of varying scale and type
Develop concepts plans elevations and construction documents using tools such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
Coordinate with engineers contractors and clients throughout all phases of design
Ensure compliance with local codes zoning regulations and sustainability guidelines
Attend site visits client meetings and design reviews
Manage project timelines deliverables and documentation

Qualifications

Requirements for Registered Architect Position:

Professional with a masters degree in architecture from an accredited university
State Licensed Architect or equivalent
A minimum of 6-10 years in planning programming project management and architectural design
Experience with building codes and specifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Revit
Experience in schematic through construction document phases
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of an audience
Well organized
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
