Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Architect to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-wide artificial intelligence solutions.
This role requires both deep technical expertise in AI/ML and leadership skills to guide teams influence stakeholders and shape the long-term AI roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems combined with the ability to mentor teams and align initiatives with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- AI Roadmap: Define and drive the enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Architect scalable secure and explainable AI solutions across cloud edge environments.
- Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists ML engineers and software developers to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
- Integration & Platforms: Oversee integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP MES PLM CRM data lakes etc.).
- Governance & Standards: Establish best practices for model lifecycle management data quality compliance and AI ethics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and IT teams on AI adoption and ROI.
- Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs agentic AI computer vision decision intelligence etc.) and drive their enterprise applicability.
- Mentorship: Build internal AI capabilities through coaching training and developing best practices across the organization.
Qualifications Required:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Business or related field.
- 6 years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 3 years in an architect or managerial leadership role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning natural language processing computer vision and/or reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft AI software platform and data engineering technologies.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Azure GCP or Palantir Foundry).
- Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines CI/CD model monitoring and data governance.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience deploying AI solutions at enterprise scale with measurable business impact.
Preferred Skills
- Background in enterprise manufacturing automotive or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP MES platforms or other large-scale enterprise systems.
- Understanding of AI security compliance and ethical frameworks.
- Track record of publishing patenting or presenting thought leadership in AI.
