Job Summary

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coach a team of service technicians delegating responsibilities and ensuring high performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during field work ensuring a seamless service experience
- Coordinate job timelines technician scheduling and materials readiness
- Conduct site reviews and ensure work meets safety compliance and quality standards
- Install test repair and maintain industrial refinishing equipment such as spray booths air makeup units exhaust systems air compressors vacuum pumps and related mechanical and electrical systems-including electric motors transformers lighting and control panels.
- Participate in training and development opportunities offered by Southern Booth and our partners.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5 years of technical field experience in mechanical electrical or industrial services
- Prior leadership of field technicians with the ability to coach and direct on-site
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to install and troubleshoot equipment
- Experience with lift equipment and mechanical/electrical schematics
- Comfortable working in confined spaces at heights and under industrial conditions
- Tech-savvy and organized able to maintain documentation and digital reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
- Valid drivers license with clean record; willing to travel regionally up to 75%
