- Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
- Implement detailed installation plans
- Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products
- Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues scope feature requests to improve current products and collect requirements for future products
- Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams
- Maintain strategic customer relationships
- Deliver technical presentations and customer training
- Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications
- Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites
Qualifications
- MS or Ph.D. in Physics Chemistry Engineering Optics Material Science or related field
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including statistical analysis
- Excellent communication organizational interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with computer operating systems networking and analysis tools
Preferred Skills:
- Optics (microscopy lasers SEM)
- Data analysis tools (Excel JMP Minitab Igor Origin)
- Programming (Matlab LabVIEW Python)
- Cleanroom experience
- Semiconductor device characterization
Minimum Qualifications
- MS or Ph.D. in Physics Chemistry Engineering Optics Material Science or related field
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including statistical analysis
- Excellent communication organizational interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
