Job Summary

Requirements

Proven experience as a Working (bags on) Construction Superintendent or similar role in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and quality standards.
Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Familiarity with construction estimating software such as ProCore is a plus.
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills and experience managing project finances effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to squat lift stretch and bend in order to reach all areas of the construction site.
Must be able to work in and on overhead structures.
