Negotiation: Handling negotiations for the sale or purchase of intellectual property including trademarks patents and domain names.
Portfolio management: Overseeing the acquired IP assets and ensuring they are properly maintained and managed to maximize their value.
Risk mitigation: Working with legal teams to develop and execute strategies to protect the companys IP from infringement or other threats.
Commercialization: Developing strategies to monetize intellectual property such as licensing or technology transfer agreements.
