About this role

Leads small cross functional project teams that deliver business process and IT solutions. Understands key business driversin order tolead project planning and management throughout the project lifecycle including the overall delivery of the solution into a successful support model and is accountable for budget contingency planning scopeissueand risk management. Helps improve productivity streamline business processes help make better businessdecisionsandbeginsto build solid customer relationships.
In this role you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function.You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area.You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others.
It is your responsibility to use technical experienceestablishedpractices and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performanceimpactsthe quality of your own work and your teams work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.
