India Talent Brand Strategy & Execution Leads integrated talent brand strategy for India to position as an employer of choice. This includes campaign planning stakeholder alignment and execution across paid media events 3rd party platforms and employee advocacy aligning with global goals and local nuances.
Employee Storytelling & Advocacy Sources and develops employee stories and supports priority job roles promotions on internal and external platforms. Manages third-party partnerships and content amplification and profile efforts (e.g. Aspire For Her BuiltIn India partnership AmbitionBox Glassdoor)
Recruiter Enablement & Event Collateral Creates branded assets for recruiters and supports event branding needs in collaboration with TO&E and TA teams
LifeAtNow Social India Supports LifeAtNow social content creation for India. Includes in-office coverage coordination and sourcing of employees for Day in the Life features flags notable India moments and films content for amplification. Provides input on Influencer tactics in India.
Metrics & Reporting Owns quarterly business review for India talent brand and shares insights with the India stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement Holds monthly syncs with cross-functional teams (TA HRBP eComms TOE) to align on goals and share updates.
Skills:
In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has/is:
- 5 years experience working in a marketing HR or communications role serving India region
- Strong communications and integrated marketing experience; persona-based approach to messaging content and journey mapping
- Ability to collaborate partner and advocate throughout the organization and with agencies; leading via influence
- Solid writing editing presentation and communication capabilities; content creation experience a plus
- Analytical mindset regarding marketing programs and their outcomes; continuously measuring testing and optimizing
- Naturally a driver and builder; able to thrive in a high-growth dynamic environment
- Must be a creative and curious individual who loves what they do and embraces continuous learning and diversity of thought
