GCP Cloud Engineer (Baseline Bundle)

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design implement and maintain scalable secure and reliable cloud infrastructure. The role involves managing deployments automation and cloud-native services to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
Automate deployments configuration and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines.
Manage GCP services such as Compute Engine GKE Cloud Storage Pub/Sub and Cloud SQL.
Ensure high availability scalability and security across environments.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with DevOps development and security teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with GCP architecture and services.
Proficiency in Terraform Ansible or similar automation tools.
Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and container orchestration.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions Jenkins or Cloud Build).
Familiarity with networking IAM and security best practices on GCP.
Proficient in Python Shell or Go scripting.

Nice to Have

Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Stackdriver Prometheus Grafana).
GCP Professional Cloud Engineer certification is a plus.
