Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Houston TX Oklahoma City OK Rio Grande Valley TX Las Vegas NV
- 7- 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior and C-level executives
- MUST have a previous background in industries such as power generation energy or engineering
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace Google Cloud MySQL CRM platforms and SharePoint
- You will be the primary point of contact with the Executive Team
- Liaison between Sales Operations Legal and Accounting teams
- Review customer service agreements amendments legal documents to ensure compliance and proper processing through the document lifecycle.
- You will be the contract representative for customer and internal audits
- Oversee contract documentation and data migration following acquisitions
- Expertise in calendar management travel coordination (domestic & international) and expense reconciliation (including foreign currencies)
- Experience with meeting coordination minute-taking and event planning
- Familiarity with onboarding processes payroll accounts payable/receivable and inventory management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong leadership organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in both corporate and field environments
