Job Summary
- Regulatory assessment for new products i.e. claims formula labels.
- Prepare the registration documents and follow up the registration of functional foods skincare products.
- Artwork review and labeling compliance.
- Support Marketing to review the print aids and get the advertising licenses from Vietnam Food Administration & Ministry of Health.
- Support the government audits inspection.
- Key contact to the regulators of the Ministry of Health in Hanoi.
- Collaborate with Corp/Regional Regulatory & Product Label (Logistic) team as well as 3rd party consultant (if any).
- Monitor relevant regulations through government websites consultants publications interaction with government officials trade associations and trainings.
- Work continuously with Corporate Liaisons to communicate requirements impacting specifications processes and product-material content; work with regional cross-functional dependents to build in requirements as practical to the business

- Liaise with Corporate Liaisons and other internal/external contacts to obtain technical documents within pre-established timelines.
- Work with governments directly or indirectly to ensure completion of pre-market due diligence.
- Respond to technical inquiries raised by local authorities.
- Recommend process improvements that will improve communication and alignment with Corporate Liaisons and cross-functional dependents.
- Train on and use of tools sanctioned by Corporate Regulatory Assess the impact of changes and communicate to manager.
- Any other job functions as assigned.
