Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the companys long-term vision mission and strategic goals.
Lead all business units (Investment Operations Marketing Finance HR) to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Develop annual and multi-year business plans with measurable KPIs.
Provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors on business growth and risk management.
Oversee corporate governance and ensure legal and ethical compliance.
Investment & Expansion
Direct investment strategy portfolio development and market expansion.
Approve and supervise major real estate and retail projects.
Optimize asset utilization land use and ROI across all developments.
Ensure timely and successful launch of new shopping centers and projects.
Business Development & Marketing
Develop and drive business and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Supervise leasing strategy tenant mix planning and pricing policy.
Lead nationwide marketing campaigns and customer experience initiatives.
Oversee brand positioning CRM and data-driven marketing transformation.
Operations & Risk Management
Ensure operational excellence cost control and service quality across all sites.
Implement standard operation systems (SOPs) and performance monitoring (KPIs).
Oversee safety sustainability and facility management standards.
Lead enterprise risk management compliance and crisis response.
Financial Management
Oversee corporate financial health budgeting and profitability (P&L).
Ensure effective capital allocation and investment efficiency.
Collaborate with CFO to manage financial reporting risk and funding structure.
Approve major expenditures and strategic partnerships.
Organizational Leadership
Build a high-performance culture based on accountability innovation and collaboration.
Develop and retain senior leadership talent through structured succession planning.
Drive engagement communication and alignment across the organization.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Marketing or related field.
MBA or executive leadership certification preferred.
Experience
15 years of experience in large-scale corporate management.
Minimum 7 years in C-level or equivalent executive leadership roles.
Proven success in retail real estate or service-based organizations.
Strong track record in business expansion investment and operational management.
