Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring of operators according to approved manpower requirements.
Conduct onboarding sessions and regular training programs to familiarize new employees with company policies procedures and workplace culture.
Handle all documentation and administrative procedures for new hires; coordinate with department heads to assess probationary performance.
Evaluate recruitment performance and prepare regular reports on hiring effectiveness.
Review and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and policies.
Build and maintain a candidate database to support future hiring needs.
Manage and optimize recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Monitor attendance records prepare leave reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Draft review and manage labor contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Bachelors or College degree in Human Resource Management Law Business Administration or related fields.
Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and online communication tools.
Strong analytical and assessment skills in candidate selection.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrates professionalism integrity adaptability and resilience under pressure.
Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in HR or recruitment is preferred.
English proficiency is an advantage.
