Job Summary
Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading our team to success. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of management experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry.
As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers. You will work closely with the management team to help implement strategies that enhance our brand and drive customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly salary range of $38 - $40 along with opportunities for career development within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Support the General Manager in staff management and training
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders
- Help maintain health and safety standards
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist in financial management and budgeting
- Foster a positive team environment and culture
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
- Strong interest in the restaurant industry and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Experience in customer service or food service is preferred
