RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring an Staff Nurse for a Nursing home in Co Wicklow Ireland.
Responsibilities
Provide care that upholds the dignity privacy and individuality of each resident.
Act as a Named Nurse ensuring accurate and thorough maintenance of all relevant documentation.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents families and visitors offering support and comfort especially during bereavement.
Ensure all Healthcare policies and standards are understood and consistently followed by staff.
Maintain clear concise and accurate records in accordance with legislation and company standards.
Safeguard the proper administration storage and control of all medicines as per policy.
Demonstrate understanding of HIQA standards and actively participate in inspection processes.
Manage resident admissions in line with procedures ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals to support safe and seamless resident discharges.
Requirements
First level nursing registration.
Registered on the NMBI live register.
Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others.
Collaborative team player capable of working independently.
Results-driven and dedicated to maintaining high standards of care.
