We need a Resource Planning Managerthe critical "Hands-On" Hero who ensures our brilliant Project Managers Coordinators and Specialists are exactly where they need to be when they need to be there.

What Youll Be Doing

As the Resource Planning Manager you will be the strategic mind responsible for:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive resource strategy to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
  

• Talent Allocation: Masterfully match skills and career goals to project requirements across the organization.
  

• Forecasting & Analysis: Generate long-term capacity forecasts and provide leadership with actionable data (KPIs risks opportunities).
  

• System Ownership: Oversee the resource management tool ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  

• Process Innovation: Champion continuous improvement driving the adoption of new tech (AI/digital) to boost efficiency.
  

Requirements

Who You Are: The Must-Haves

Required

• Experience in Resource Management Workforce Planning or Project Coordination within a professional services consulting or agency environment.
  

• Proven expertise with resource management software (e.g. PSA tools ERP systems).
  

• Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis modeling and reporting.
  

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Finance or a related field.
  

Preferred

• Experience implementing or significantly improving a resource management system/tool.
  

• Familiarity with financial budgeting and revenue forecasting related to resource utilisation.
