As a Site Management Trainee you will be directly involved in construction management and site operations. You will be working with Willmott Dixon colleagues and our supply chain partners to plan and manage the construction processes on-site to ensure that our projects are delivered to our customers defect free completed safely on time and on budget.
Our programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Quantity Surveying Estimating and Design Management to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Site Management.
Our management trainee programme is 2 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your entry point) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a level 6 qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme you will progress into an Assistant Site Manager role.
