Job Title: SAP Configuration Analyst FS-CD
Key Responsibilities
Implement configure and support the SAP FS-CD (Financial Services Collections and Disbursements) module.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FS-CD functional solutions.
Collaborate with business users functional teams and technical developers to design test and deliver system enhancements.
Configure FS-CD components including payment processing dunning clearing correspondence and reconciliation.
Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities: requirements gathering design testing deployment and post-implementation support.
Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with other SAP modules (FI SD ICM BP etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues defects and configuration errors.
Prepare and maintain functional specifications configuration documents and user manuals.
Conduct user training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support ongoing system improvements and ensure compliance with organizational and audit standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FS-CD configuration and implementation.
Good understanding of insurance processes (life health or P&C) and financial operations.
Experience integrating FS-CD with SAP FI/CO SAP ICM and Business Partner modules.
Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and deliver optimized SAP solutions.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance or a related field.
SAP Certification in FS-CD is a plus.
