Job Summary
- Talent Acquisition
- Reduce the TAT for recruitment
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Increase the networking for different profiles
- Campus recruitment and interns hiring
- Perform background checks and reference verifications
- Connect with candidate post issuing offer letter
- Onboarding and Induction of new candidate
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Employee engagement activities
- Generate and present recruitment reports
- Assisting for compliance related documentation
Qualifications
- Skills in sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and developing job descriptions
- Ability to manage job postings and candidate databases
- Proficiency in conducting background checks and extending job offers
- Able to onboard new joiner with induction in team and company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
