Youll be at the heart of operational delivery ensuring processes run smoothly and projects are delivered to a high standard.
Ko tōu ake mahi - What youll do
Support project delivery Assist with planning and implementation using standard project methodologies.
Manage coordination tasks Maintain project plans schedules risks budgets and respond to information requests on behalf of the SPI Manager and team.
Organise and facilitate meetings Prepare papers take minutes and engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Provide high-quality administrative support From document distribution and reporting to travel arrangements and procurement assistance.
Build strong relationships Collaborate across the Agency Ministry health sector government and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Confidence using digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite

The System Performance and Innovation (SPI) team works alongside other agency staff with the goal of ensuring that Aotearoa New Zealand has high-quality evidence-based cancer prevention diagnostic and treatment services that reflect the needs and values of patients and their whanau.
