Service Advisor
Service Advisors play a crucial role in coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs at Headquarter Toyota in Hialeah FL. They are responsible for assessing customer concerns providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries they may have.
- Perform a thorough vehicle walk-around and accurately document customer concerns to help the Technician diagnose and service the vehicle effectively.
- Consult with customers on applicable service specials to provide the best options for their vehicle needs.
- Prioritize necessary services and be ready to offer alternatives if requested by the customer.
- Keep customers informed about completion times service expenses and any potential changes that may arise.
- Stay engaged in delivering vehicles to customers upon completion to ensure all concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Provide exceptional concierge support for all customer inquiries whether by phone or in person ensuring a positive service experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Have a deep understanding of the product to answer detailed questions about the customers vehicle.
Requirements:
- Adhere to the companys dress code policy
- Must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Proficiency in computer skills needed
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record are a must
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
