About the Role
Were seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business growth and customer success within an assigned this role youll take ownership of your book of business-building relationships with new clients nurturing existing partnerships and expanding product distribution through consistent engagement and exceptional service.

This is a hands-on growth-oriented sales position ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy teamwork and results. Youll leverage your sales expertise industry knowledge and customer focus to strengthen market presence and achieve measurable success.

What Youll Do
- Generate and follow up on business-to-business sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your territory
- Develop tailored sales presentations and accurate project estimates
- Identify new opportunities to expand market reach and product distribution
- Manage account activity and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
- Review performance data and sales reports to guide strategy and decision-making
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings as needed


What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience preferably in construction or building products
- Proven ability in negotiation business development and relationship management
- Experience in budgeting planning and sales forecasting
- Skilled in sales presentations and proposal creation
- Comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and create project estimates
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Familiarity with modular or offsite construction preferred
- Experience with Chief Architect software is a plus
