About the role
Assist with debt collection and chasing of payments
Post and apply customer account payments
Maintain up to date customer account records
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist as necessary in the month end process and reporting
About you Skills experience and qualifications
1 - 2 years experience working in a finance or accounts team
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
Good time management and the ability to prioritise
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer literacy skills (Word Excel)
