Job Summary

Asset Manager Multifamily Investments

Join a dynamic collaborative team managing a national portfolio of institutional-grade multifamily assets. As an Asset Manager youll lead property-level performance execute strategic business plans and contribute to investment decisions from acquisition through disposition. Youll also support underwriting and capital allocation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Investment & Operational Strategy

  • Maximize the value of a multifamily real estate portfolio through the strategic execution of business operating plans and capital strategies

  • Optimize fund-level returns through proactive portfolio and asset management

  • Oversee CapEx renovation and pricing strategies

  • Partner with property management to ensure operational alignment

  • Monitor market trends and competitive positioning

  • Conduct hold/sell and refinance analyses

  • Support asset marketing broker engagement and buyer diligence

  • Collaborate with acquisitions team on underwriting and due diligence

Financial Oversight

  • Maintain operating models and long-term cash flow projections

  • Analyze monthly financials budgets and lender obligations

  • Lead annual budgeting and variance analysis and provide feedback and insights

Capital & Risk Management

  • Manage capital planning and special projects

  • Ensure compliance with loan covenants and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee lender inspections insurance claims and tax appeals

  • Track ESG performance and sustainability initiatives

  • Perform sensitivity analyses for asset decisions and scenario planning

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver timely performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare presentation-ready materials for leadership and capital partners

  • Maintain compliance documentation and operational records

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance or related field

  • 47 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management ideally multifamily

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Deep understanding of property operations and valuation

  • Effective communicator with ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
