Technical Operations Leadership

Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for life sciences facilities excluding HVAC systems

Oversee processing of work order tickets through first-level support systems and coordinate repair implementations via external contractors

Ensure compliance with FDA GMP and other regulatory standards specific to life sciences environments

Support space management activities using CAFM tools and provide operational assistance for pest control programs

Manage facility renovations refurbishments and small infrastructure projects while maintaining operational continuity

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise and develop technical team members providing coaching and performance management

Drive change management initiatives and process improvements within the technical operations team

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving

Identify and implement new service offerings and business opportunities for the account

Quality & Compliance Management

Maintain adherence to JLL safety protocols quality standards and environmental guidelines

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with life sciences industry regulations and client SOPs

Document and report on maintenance activities compliance metrics and system performance

Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as required

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Technical education/certification in facilities management engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of industrial facility management experience preferably in life sciences pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments

Demonstrated experience in both hands-on maintenance work and supervisory roles

Project management experience with facility maintenance and infrastructure projects

Technical Competencies

Comprehensive knowledge of building systems mechanical repair and general maintenance practices

Proficiency with CAFM systems and maintenance management software

Advanced MS Office skills and SAP experience preferred

Understanding of life sciences regulatory requirements (GMP FDA guidelines) strongly preferred

Leadership & Professional Skills

Proven team leadership and people management capabilities

Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with clients and stakeholders

Strong change management and organizational development skills

Proactive hands-on approach with ability to work independently

Adaptability and interest in expanding service offerings and business development

Work Environment

This role operates within laboratory and manufacturing environments where strict adherence to safety protocols is required

Work schedules may occasionally include evening or weekend coverage to address emergency situations

Operational activities involve movement throughout facilities access to various plant areas and equipment handling for maintenance interventions

Garantire la conformità agli standard FDA GMP e altri requisiti normativi specifici per gli ambienti delle scienze della vita

Supportare le attività di gestione degli spazi utilizzando gli strumenti CAFM e fornire assistenza operativa per i programmi di controllo dei parassiti

Gestire ristrutturazioni rinnovamenti e piccoli progetti infrastrutturali mantenendo la continuità operativa

Leadership e Sviluppo del Team

Supervisionare e sviluppare i membri del team tecnico fornendo coaching e gestione delle performance

Guidare le iniziative di change management e i miglioramenti dei processi allinterno del team delle operazioni tecniche

Promuovere una cultura di miglioramento continuo e risoluzione proattiva dei problemi

Identificare e implementare nuove offerte di servizio e opportunità di business per laccount

Gestione della Qualità e Conformità

Mantenere laderenza ai protocolli di sicurezza JLL agli standard di qualità e alle linee guida ambientali

Garantire che tutte le attività di manutenzione rispettino le normative del settore delle scienze della vita e le SOP del cliente

Documentare e riferire sulle attività di manutenzione metriche di conformità e prestazioni del sistema

Partecipare agli audit e alle ispezioni normative come richiesto

Qualifiche Richieste

Formazione ed Esperienza

Formazione tecnica/certificazione in facility management ingegneria o campo correlato

Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di strutture industriali preferibilmente in ambienti delle scienze della vita farmaceutici o biotecnologici

Esperienza comprovata sia nel lavoro di manutenzione pratica che in ruoli di supervisione

Esperienza nella gestione di progetti con manutenzione delle strutture e progetti infrastrutturali

Competenze Tecniche

Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi edilizi riparazioni meccaniche e pratiche di manutenzione generale

Competenza con sistemi CAFM e software di gestione della manutenzione

Competenze avanzate MS Office ed esperienza SAP preferita

Comprensione dei requisiti normativi delle scienze della vita (GMP linee guida FDA) fortemente preferita

Leadership e Competenze Professionali

Capacità comprovate di leadership del team e gestione delle persone

Eccellenti competenze comunicative con capacità di interfacciarsi con clienti e stakeholder

Forti competenze di change management e sviluppo organizzativo

Approccio proattivo e pratico con capacità di lavorare in autonomia

Adattabilità e interesse nellespansione delle offerte di servizio e nello sviluppo del business.

Ambiente di Lavoro

Il ruolo si svolge in ambienti di laboratorio e produttivi dove è richiesto il rispetto rigoroso dei protocolli di sicurezza

Lattività lavorativa può prevedere occasionali turni serali o nel weekend per gestire situazioni di emergenza

Le attività operative includono spostamenti allinterno delle strutture accesso a diverse aree dellimpianto e manipolazione di attrezzature per interventi di manutenzione
