Job Summary
- Monitor and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and standards.
- Ensure construction activities align with the project schedule method statements and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and quality reports.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs) non-conformance reports (NCRs) and close-out documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes fire safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineer or equivalent
- 1- 5 years of experience in MEP inspection preferably in high-rise or mission-critical projects like data centers.
- Able to read and understand related construction drawing and method
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel Word).
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
