Job Summary

As part of our continued growth were seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion across Southwest England and South and West Wales driving innovation and impact across the optometry and ophthalmology sectors.

What Youll Do

In this senior strategic role youll take full ownership of your regions commercial success.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clinicians practice owners and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution-based presentations that align Topcons technology with customer needs.
  • Work closely with marketing product management and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post-sale success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends NHS developments and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

You combine commercial acumen with clinical understanding capable of translating complex technology into clear value-driven solutions.

  • 5 years experience in B2B medical device diagnostics or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven success in territory management solution selling and strategic account growth.
  • Familiarity with the optometry or ophthalmology sector is ideal or alternatively experience selling diagnostic imaging or healthcare software.
  • Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways.
  • A data-driven mindset using CRM insights and KPIs to shape territory planning and performance
