We are looking for a dynamic & strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across key Corporate Government & Business accounts. This role is responsible for both retaining and expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio.
In this role you will:
- Identify & convert sales leads into new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong relationships understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned market segments contributing to revenue and market share growth
- Coordinate & host familiarisations and site inspections
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Corporate Government and Business clients ensuring service excellence and high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects generate qualified leads and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Experience Include:
- Proven experience and success in business development and sales (hotel industry preferred not essential)
- Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach
- Exceptional relationship-building communication & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Highly organized self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
