The Opportunity:

The Graduate Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities in line with company policies procedures and standards. You will be involved in day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders helping to build positive working relationships and support the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include but is not limited to:

• Assist in the development of project plans and support the execution of project activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in monitoring project activities against quality budget and schedule requirements escalating risks and issues as required
• Support day-to-day communication with clients including assisting with project updates and responses to client queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment with project objectives
• Support compliance with industry standards company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans reports and records
• Identify potential project issues and support continuous improvement through escalation and feedback

Required Qualifications Experience & Skills:

• Qualifications in Engineering or Project management
• Strong project management skills including planning organisation and coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Proficient in project management tools and software
