The Agency Partnership Lead is the key Government Chief Digital officers (GCDO) point of contact for assigned agencies and clusters.
This Agency Partnership Lead position develops and maintains strategic partnerships with agencies to ensure they understand the all of government digital strategic direction and align their agency digital investment to this. The Agency Partnerships Lead understands the challenges faced by agencies and provides connections and support.
- works collaboratively across agency clusters to understand the key digital initiatives aligned with the GCDOstrategic priorities
- provides advice and support to agencies to implement the government digital strategy and outcomes within their agency.
- develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of services and mandates in order to provide advice and direction.
The Agency Partnership Lead is a connector across the GCDO digital team and agency clusters to leverage successes and enable collaboration.
The key skills and capabilities required for this position include:
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally including clients partners and senior stakeholders in a partnership model.
- Have an understanding of the machinery of Government and the digital government landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to influence and build credibility across agencies and the digital sector.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
