Opportunity Overview:

Youll design and implement an intake and triage process for employee grievances collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and directly contribute to programs that uphold human rights and responsible business standards. How you will make an impact:
- Develop and document the intake and triage process for employee grievances.
- Manage and triage incoming communications determining routing and appropriate responses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential and sensitive information in compliance with organizational standards.
- Set up and manage project tracking and workflow environments within Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and FAQ documentation.
- Present and communicate progress findings and proposals to stakeholders.
- Support human rightsrelated projects and programs under the Responsible Business Practices initiative.
The expertise you bring:
- 24 years of experience in project management process development or a related role.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (PMP certification is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of strategic planning workflow management or data tracking processes.
