What Youll Do:
- As a key leader in our Compliance team you will:
- Supervise and guide the FERC Compliance team on strategic initiatives and daily operations.
- Partner with executives and subject matter experts to align compliance with corporate strategy.
- Lead audit readiness investigations and compliance assessments (FERC SOC-1NAESB).
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes controls and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with regulators on enforcement actions mitigation and policy changes.
- Champion the development of a monitoring and testing program for tariff compliance.
What Youll Bring:
- Energy industry experience and knowledge of FERC NERC and SOC-1 standards (preferred).
- SCCE certification (preferred).
- Strong leadership mentoring and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A questioning attitude and a drive to enhance MISOs compliance posture.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.
