We are looking for s Student Worker in our Final Pack Production department. If you see yourself in the description below you have a passion for LEGO Brand and you enjoy production environment apply!

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as support coordinate and lead activities connected to solving technical issues on our Final Pack production lines

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our production processes and documents

  • Support administration of our LCI (LEGO Continuous Improvement) tools including yearly strategic plan for the whole department of Final pack

  • Lead detailed agenda points connected to ongoing projects (local and global projects)

  • Be active in working groups that suggest organize and lead implementation of improvements in production based on data analysis and long-term observations

Our Final Pack production department is focused on delivering reliable efficient and high-quality this role you will be part of our technical support team that plays a crucial role in analyzing and solving technical problems across the whole department. You will be interacting with different teams across the whole factory.

Do you have what it takes

  • University student (either Bachelor or Master) of relevant field (e.g. Process engineering etc.)

  • Previous experience from production environment is a plus including experience with production IT systems

  • Great communication organization and collaboration skills we would like to find a person who is not shy to interact with people across teams (operators at productions lines engineers maintenance etc.)

  • PC Skills good common user level of MS Office other programs might be an advantage

  • Both Czech and English skills (spoken and written)

  • What matters the most is your interest in production processes and environment your curiosity and your willingness to work with diverse teams

The position is set for approx. 20 hours a week (Dohoda o pracovní činnosti) and the commute to our production site in Kladno will be required (exact number of days in the factory to be agreed with the leader during the interview process).
