Technical Manager I/II in the Maintenance and Operations Unit of the Estates Office (Ref.: 533669)
We are looking for a Technical Manager I/II to join the Estates Office.
The Role
The appointee will have the opportunity to oversee the facilities management of the campus and engage in a diverse range of projects including academic teaching and learning research residential high-end technology and sustainability initiatives. The scope of work encompasses routine building maintenance renovations large-scale development projects and overall campus facilities operations.
The appointee will be a versatile professional capable of managing comprehensive project responsibilities from inception to post-completion. He/She will be responsible for exercising budget schedule and quality controls; conducting design feasibility studies; and coordinating with various stakeholders including consultants government authorities internal user groups and in-house teams to ensure effective facilities management and project execution across the campus.

What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
