We are excited to announce our new IN-HOUSE Rehabilitation Program offering advanced treatment technologies and interventions provided by our professional and highly skilled IN-HOUSE PHYSICAL OCCUPATIONAL & SPEECH Rehabilitation Therapists.
It is our goal to DELIVER excellent post-acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care. We need your help to complete our team and together we will DELIVER exceptional care and clinical outcomes.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) wanted for Skilled Nursing
PRN/Part time
Come Join our Facility Team!
Responsibilities
- Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional physical or mental disabilities
- Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
- Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
- Communicating effectively with patients caregivers healthcare providers office support and other care team members
Must Haves
- PTA -Physical Therapist Assistantin the State of Texas
- Skilled Nursing Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Homeexperience highly preferred
- Knowledge of Home Health regulations and general healthcare compliance
- Experience with EMR
- Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
