Position Summary
The Head of Product Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing HCHBs go-to-market strategy across its product portfolio including Home Health Hospice Interoperability and upcoming AI-driven innovations. This leader will own market positioning product messaging segmentation competitive intelligence and enablement strategies that drive pipeline growth product adoption and customer expansion.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence leading a team of product marketers to translate complex healthcare software capabilities into clear differentiated and customer-centric value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches roadmap innovations and key market initiatives.
- Partner with Product Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment across launch planning pricing and positioning.
- Drive cross-functional execution for product releases and ensure market readiness across all touchpoints.
- Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Own market segmentation competitive analysis and customer insights to guide positioning and roadmap prioritization.
- Identify market trends buyer needs and competitive threats in the home health hospice and post-acute space.
- Build differentiated product narratives that align with key buyer personas (CEOs CFOs Clinical Leaders Operations IT).
- Messaging & Content Development
- Develop and maintain HCHBs product messaging architecture and value frameworks.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into benefit driven narratives for specific audiences and verticals.
- Oversee creation of thought leadership sales collateral product videos web content and campaign messaging.
- Sales Enablement & Revenue Alignment
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with tools training and narratives to effectively position and sell HCHB solutions.
- Build competitive battlecards ROI calculators use cases and customer success stories.
- Partner with RevOps to track campaign and product level performance metrics and optimize GTM effectiveness.
- Product Partnership
- Serve as the marketing voice in product strategy discussions connecting customer insights to roadmap prioritization.
- Work closely with Product Management on naming positioning and messaging for roadmap initiatives.
- Support customer validation beta testing and launch planning for new innovations.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build coach and mentor a high performing product marketing team.
- Establish processes and best practices for launch management messaging and enablement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and results within the marketing organization.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field .
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in product marketing leadership roles.
- Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience working cross functionally with Product Sales and Customer Success teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills. Able to use data and insights to drive narrative and action.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable GTM plans.
- Exceptional communication writing and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership presence with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Successful execution of product launches on time and with measurable adoption.
