About the role:

We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Workflow team as a PMS Team Manager here in Birmingham. This role sits within our Business Information Systems team.

The PMS & Workflow team provides technical expertise and support for the firms Practice Management System (PMS) related financial systems and key integrations.

As PMS Manager youll lead a team of three technical specialists overseeing day-to-day operations collaborating with the PMO on project delivery and working closely with stakeholders across Business and Finance to ensure the effective running of our PMS solutions.

About you:

Were looking for a confident and collaborative professional with experience leading technical teams and supporting business-critical systems. Youll bring strong knowledge of accounting principles financial processes and business operations along with hands-on experience in application support including system upgrades and project work. Familiarity with the Aderant stack or similar practice management and financial systems is highly desirable.

Youll be self-motivated organised and adaptableable to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.

Advantageous

  • Experience of working in a professional services environment
  • Experience using the following Applications (Not essential)
    • Proactis / Coupa or similar procurement systems.
    • Chrome River / Coupa Expense management.
    • Minisoft Arcs2G
  • BPM / low code development environments (Power Platform)
  • IntApp suite of products.
  • MSSQL Server TSQL scripting
  • Experience with ERP CRM BI or other enterprise systems
