Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementation and setup of a new product analytics tool
- Capture and tag pages within products to track user behavior and engagement
- Create dashboards and reports to share insights with product and engineering leaders
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Support transformation of user analytics processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret customer insights
Education and Experience:
- Working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or related study.
- Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
- Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8

- Work effectively in a fast pace high-energy environment.
- Strong problem solving attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Outlook and etc.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Access Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Charlotte NC Hourly Salary: $21.50 - $25.00
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
