Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
- Answer incoming sales calls and follow up with incoming internet leads
- Conduct a needs analysis and present vehicle options
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehiclefeatures on the lot
- Complete vehicle sale paperwork and provide customer with a vehicle walk around
- Follow up with customer after the sale
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lots vehicles daily reporting any problems to management
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent competitive and good work ethic
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background drugs & physical)
