Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet individual and dealership sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory promotions and pricing.
- Provide bilingual support to customers ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive sales associate preferably in a dealership setting.
- Bilingual proficiency with excellent communication skills in both English and a second language.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products and trends.

Automotive Sales Associate/Product Specialist

The Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process.
Responsibilities:
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Explain product performance application and benefits to prospective customers
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Requirements:
Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
Friendly competitive personality especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
Strong customer service communication skills computer and basic math skills
Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
Clean driving record & valid drivers license
