Job Summary

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Program Manager Cloud Productivity Operations Enablement to join our clients world-class technology organization. This role focuses on non-IT program management supporting enterprise-scale engineering teams in adopting new operational processes and delivering high-impact change communications across a global cloud productivity environment (such as Microsoft 365).

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Cloud productivity ecosystem experience: Hands-on familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Message Center Release Notes Public Roadmap items) and related communication workflows.
  2. Program management: 24 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects onboarding teams to new processes and managing non-IT programs end-to-end.
  3. Editorial and communication excellence: Ability to craft accurate concise and audience-focused messaging aligned with established content standards.
  4. Analytical and reporting skills: Proficiency with Power BI Excel and related tools to track analyze and present operational metrics and process-health data.

Opportunity Overview:
In this role you will lead change-management initiatives that onboard engineering teams to new operational processes within a global cloud productivity ecosystem. Youll collaborate closely with PMs PMMs and Engineering partners across feature lifecycles driving compliance quality and adoption of new operational workflows. This position offers a unique blend of content strategy operational analytics and stakeholder engagementideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of communications operations and program delivery.

How you will make an impact:
Lead non-IT program management to coordinate activities that onboard engineering teams to new operational processes.
Back up roadmap and release-notes operations; draft and refine content to the World Class Change Communications Standard.
Partner with PM/PMM/Engineering to drive CCH-first operational adoption engaging stakeholders and removing blockers.
Lead change-management communications and training for engineering teams including enablement guides and quick-start materials.
Track and report operational metrics (coverage timeliness quality throughput) and translate insights into action.
Coordinate projects end-to-end: develop plans align dependencies manage risks/issues and integrate technical activities.
Present reports proposals and findings to leadership with strong storytelling and data-driven recommendations.

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree required.
24 years of relevant program operations or communications experience (non-IT program management focus).
Background in large-scale technology or cloud ecosystems strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience creating or managing Message Center posts Release Notes or Public Roadmap items.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Power BI and Visio (or similar tools).
Strong editorial judgment and ability to apply voice and style standards.
Data fluencycomfortable building reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.
Excellent communication collaboration and self-management skills in a fast-moving environment.
